I have regularly very long gaming sessions on stream, sometimes I sit funny on my foot under my bum while sat on my chair, my left foot is slightly numb on the top, I have full movement and only the top part of my foot has some numbness, everything else is fine and it doesn’t look inflamed, is this indeed for sitting funny too long or something else?

Where do we find the exercises to start fixing this. I have been struggling for years trying all kinds of therapy after seeing this, I know this what I have. I’m so ready to feel better. Please tell me where to start. You have so many great videos on this channel just not sure what exercises I should start with. I tore my ACL at age 13 it was not repaired because I was still growing then I hurt my knee again at age 27 so I had surgery however during physical therapy it tore about 2 weeks after surgery I didn’t have it fixed I managed to get over it until age 42 when it became unbearable to play tennis or be active anymore. It’s miserable to not be able to run or play tennis or dance. I was a dance major in college I managed to do that without an ACL but my body is now screaming at me from some many different pain points. Please help 😢

Well you can do any yoga poses that more safety, and again yoga isn't about poses only, lots of yoga "style" Can choose, restorative yoga, pranayama full sequence, very gentle yoga etc.

Hypermobile and had posterior tongue tie removed. So far so good for me. Better posture and speaking and tongue rest posture. Haven’t noticed any issues. That said my daughters are both in the same boat but thanks to early oral myofunctional therapy they have no functional issues with their tongue. Tongue rest good, swallowing good, speech good, dental arch development good.
